Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

ListSignal is operated by Keybloc Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. These terms are an agreement between you and Keybloc Pte Ltd. They are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

Service description

ListSignal provides business and website intelligence, company profiles, technology and platform detection, hosting and infrastructure attributes, and scoring, for publicly accessible websites. All of it is compiled from information published on the open internet and from public registries and datasets.

Acceptable use

You may use ListSignal data for legitimate business purposes: sales prospecting, market research, competitive analysis, and technology evaluation. You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, to break any applicable law, including marketing and data protection law in the recipient's country, or to attempt to reach private or authenticated content through us.

You are the controller of any personal data you take from ListSignal and use for your own outreach. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that use, for honouring opt-outs, and for complying with the rules that apply where your recipients are.

Your licence to the data

Exports, downloads and purchased data files are licensed to you for use within your own organisation. You may use them internally, including for your own sales and marketing, and you may include insights derived from them in your own work.

You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the data as a dataset, in whole or in substantial part, and you may not use it to build or train a competing directory or database product. Files we supply carry markers that identify the purchaser, and we act on redistribution we find. The licence is personal to you and ends if you breach these terms.

One-off data files

A purchased file is delivered as a private download link, valid for the period stated at purchase and tied to your order. Because a data file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, one-off purchases are final once the file has been downloaded, except where the file materially differs from what was described. If you have a problem with a file, contact us and we will put it right.

Data accuracy

ListSignal provides data on a best-effort basis. Detection and classification are inherently probabilistic, and the web changes constantly. We timestamp data points so you can judge freshness, and we do not guarantee complete or perfectly accurate results. Nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice.

Billing

Paid plans (Starter at $39/mo or $29/mo billed annually, Pro at $149/mo or $119/mo billed annually) are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never receive your card details. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. We do not use credits or expiring tokens.

We keep records of sign-ins, searches, exports and downloads. If a payment is disputed we may present those records to the payment provider to show what was delivered.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that redistributes our data, or whose usage threatens the stability of the service for others. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first.

API usage

API access is planned for Pro plan users. Rate limits will apply as specified in your plan. Excessive automated usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary rate limiting.

Limitation of liability

ListSignal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our data or service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data inaccuracy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
