How does ListSignal count Ghost installs and churn?
Each business website is re-crawled continuously and its detected stack is diffed between crawls. An install means Ghost appeared on a site where it wasn't previously detected; churn means it disappeared. This measures production deployments on live sites, not downloads or surveys.
